CONDON Attorney at Law <br />Mark Condon is a senior partner and head of the Firm's Liability Department. For <br />over 30 years he has practiced in the areas of Insurance and General Litigation. He <br />has tried hundreds of cases throughout the state in the areas of Product Liability, <br />Personal Injury, Governmental Liability, Liquor Liability (both Dram Shop and <br />Premises Liability), Employment Law, Mass Tort Claims, General Negligence and <br />Coverage issues. He prides himself in successfully trying cases in a multitude <br />of areas. He also acts as a mediator and arbitrator and is often selected as a sole or <br />neutral arbitrator. <br />A lifelong boater, he has a U.S. Coast Guard - issued Captain's License and is a mem- <br />ber of the Maritime Law Association. <br />Mr. Condon has presented numerous seminars in the areas of Trial Skills and <br />Negligence. Among his contributions to Minnesota caselaw is his successful argument <br />of Elwood v. Rice, 423 N.W.2d 671 (Minn. 1988) which established official immunity <br />for municipalities. <br />Mr. Condon has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of <br />Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association since 1984. In 1998, he <br />was nominated and elected as Advocate by the American Board of Trial Advocates. <br />
