HALEY Attorney at Lam <br />Allison Haley concentrates her civil litigation practice in the areas of commercial lit- <br />igation and general liability. <br />Ms. Haley graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in <br />May of 2006. While at the University of Minnesota Law School, she represented <br />defendants in Hennepin County as part of the Misdemeanor Defense Clinic, worked <br />on political asylum cases through the Asylum Law Project, and practiced the art of <br />argument while on Environmental Moot Court. She joined Johnson & Condon as <br />a law clerk in January of 2005. <br />Ms. Haley received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Political Science <br />from University of Nebraska - Lincoln, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. <br />Before joining Johnson & Condon, Ms. Haley was an extern for a District Court <br />Judge in Hennepin County. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of <br />Minnesota and in the federal district courts of Minnesota. She is a member of the <br />Minnesota State Bar Associations and the Federal Bar Association. She is also an <br />active member of Minnesota Women Lawyers. <br />
