Before that, he worked at the League of <br />Minnesota Cities defending claims against member cities. Elliott <br />also worked for Senator Rudy Boschwitz in Washington, D.C. <br />Elliott has an extensive background in municipal law. His primary <br />focus is on criminal prosecution and code enforcement.
