Dixon of Patrick Miller Construction, 9120 Isanti Street, Blaine, MN, <br />has submitted a peddler's license application to the city clerk's office. Patrick <br />Miller Construction company is in the business of providing home improvements <br />such as roofing, siding and gutters. They propose to go door -to -door in the city <br />selling their services. <br />The City has received from the company all the necessary forms required to <br />issue a license. Background checks have been performed on all representatives <br />who would be working in the city. <br />The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's <br />office for review. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 08 -68 <br />2. Deny Resolution No. 08 -68 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1 <br />
