Exhibit A <br />Revised 1/18/08 <br />Owner: Paige Renae Hanson <br />P.I.N.: 17- 31 -22 -24 -0012 <br />Description of Easement: <br />A permanent easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under and across the <br />following described parcel: <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes East along the south line thereof a <br />distance of 208.89 feet to the westerly line of Trunk Highway No. 8 as now <br />established; thence North 24 degrees 56 minutes East along said westerly road <br />line a distance of 427.24 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 72 degrees <br />35 minutes West a distance of 408.74 feet to the west line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North along said west line a distance of <br />23 feet, more or less, to the center line of a creek according to its present channel; <br />thence North 83 degrees East, along said creek channel, a distance of 42 feet; <br />thence South 72 degrees East, along said creek channel, a distance of 100 feet; <br />thence South 83 degrees East, along said creek channel, a distance of 71 feet; <br />thence South 68 degrees East, along said creek channel, a distance of 216 feet, <br />more or less to said westerly line of Trunk Highway No. 8; thence South 24 <br />degrees 56 minutes West along said westerly line, a distance of 34 feet, more or <br />less, to the point of beginning, and including any right of title in said adjacent <br />Trunk Highway No. 8, to the center line thereof. <br />Except that part lying within Parcel 2, CITY OF LINO LAKES RIGHT -OF- <br />WAY PLAT NO. 3, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />Said permanent easement for drainage and utility purposes being that part of the above <br />described parcel which lies southeasterly of the following described Line A, and which <br />lies northeasterly of a line being 2.50 feet northeasterly of, as measured at right angles to <br />and parallel with, the following described Line B: <br />Line A: Commencing at the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 56 minutes East <br />along the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance <br />of 208.89 feet to the westerly line of Trunk Highway No. 8 as formerly <br />established; thence North 24 degrees 56 minutes East along said westerly road <br />47 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
