The building design standards as <br />established in the R-2, Two Family Residential District shall apply to the single family <br />lots except the following PUD criteria regarding garages and front porches shall apply: <br />a. All single family dwellings shall have a minimum double garage. <br />b. All single family dwellings shall include a front porch or stoop that is <br />covered, unenclosed and a minimum of 3 feet in depth. <br />c. All single family dwelling and garage elevations shall include a variation <br />in exterior building materials such as brick, stone, rock face, concrete <br />block, wood, stucco, vinyl, steel, fiber cement and aluminum siding. <br />d. Side or rear loaded garages are permitted. The elevation facing the street <br />shall require a minimum of one (1) window. <br />e. The garage doors shall incorporate architectural design features such as <br />decorative windows, panels, hinges, etc. <br />C� <br />
