Greenhouse /Nursery, Commercial. An enterprise that conducts the retail <br />and /or wholesale of plants grown on the premises, as well as accessory items <br />(but not power equipment, such as gas or electric lawn mowers and farm <br />implements) directly related to their care and maintenance. (A <br />greenhouse /nursery that does not conduct retail or wholesale is considered <br />horticulture.) <br />Kennel, Commercial. <br />shall be enclosed or fenced in such manner as to prevent the running at large or <br />Any structure or premises on which dogs <br />are kept for the business of boarding for a fee, for the business of breeding for <br />sale or other profit- making purpose, and not solely for private enjoyment. <br />Kennel, Private. <br />Any <br />structure or premises on which between 3 (three) and 4 (four) dogs, over six <br />months of ape, are kept for private enjoyment and not for monetary gain. <br />Lot Area. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />Subd. 2. Non - Conforming Uses and Structures. <br />A. Purpose. It is the purpose of this section to provide for the regulation of non- <br />conforming buildings, structures and uses and to specify those requirements, <br />circumstances, and conditions under which non - conforming buildings, structures <br />and uses will be operated and maintained.
