Text of Charter Amendment <br />Section 1. <br />Chapter VIII, Sections 8.01 through 8.07 of the Lino Lakes Charter are repealed. <br />Section 2. <br />New Chapter VIII, Section 8.01 of the Lino Lakes Charter is approved to read as follows: <br />The City may undertake public improvements financed in whole or in part with special <br />assessments in accordance with state law. <br />
