Council Member <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -105 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND <br />VARIANCE FOR UPLAND LOT AREA APPROVALS FOR FRAN'S ESTATE <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats and variances are governed by state statutes <br />and City ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat and variances for upland lot area for Fran's Estate were <br />approved with Resolution 07 -01 by the City Council on January 8, 2007, and <br />WHERAS, the city's Zoning Ordinance requires the final plat to be submitted within one <br />year; <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to extend the time allowed for <br />submittal of a final plat upon approval by the City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat and variances for upland lot area for Fran's Estate are <br />still in compliance with City requirements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves an extension to the preliminary plat and upland lot area variances <br />approvals for Fran's Estate, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The Final Plat for Fran's Estate must be submitted by April 31, 2009; unless an <br />additional extension is granted by the City Council. <br />2. All conditions of approval for Resolution No. 07 -01 will continue to apply to the <br />site. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of September 2008 <br />John J.
