5) Figure 3 -3 2030 Future Land Use Map): Parcel (1.6 acres) south of Birch Street <br />guided for Urban Reserve taken out of Urban Reserve, guided as Low Density <br />Residential (Page 3 -13). Revised Figure 3 -3 is attached and the changes are <br />summarized below: <br />Previous 2030 Future Land Use <br />Revised 2030 Future Land Use <br />This change is also reflected on Figure 3 -4 Utility Staging Map, as the parcel was <br />changed from Stage 3 Planned Service Area to Stage 1 Planned Service Area (Page <br />3 -23). Revised Figure 3 -4 is attached and the changes are summarized below: <br />Previous Utility Staging Revised Utility Staging <br />U <br />6) Added clarification to descriptions of Medium and High Density Residential that <br />these areas will be served by municipal sewer and water (Page 3 -15). <br />7) Clarified Utility Staging requirements to state that development outside of the <br />current staging area will be limited to 1 unit per 10 acres.
