CITE OUN IL <br />Monday, October 6, 2008 <br />*********** <br />To follow regularly scheduled <br />work session beginning at 5:30 p.m. <br />City Council: Mayor Bergeson, Council Members O'Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz & Gallup <br />City Administrator: Gordon Heitke <br />TING' <br />A) Call to Order and Roll Call <br />8:10 p.m. — Present were Council Members Gallup, O'Donnell, Reinert, <br />Stoltz and Mayor Bergeson <br />B) Selection of attorney for official investigation of open meeting <br />law violation allegation <br />Action Taken: Motion by O'Donnell, seconded by Reinert, <br />that attorney Mike Dougherty of Severson, Sheldon, <br />Dougherty be hired to conduct the investigation and, if Mr. <br />Dougherty is not acceptable, that Fritz Knaak of Knaak and <br />Kantrud be hired, was approved. Director of Administration <br />is directed to communicate with the investigating attorney <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br />
