Funding Source: General Fund — Contingency <br />STATUS: Council has entered into an agreement with Dustin Deets LLC to <br />develop and implement a communications plan. At a September 22 work session <br />the council directed the consultant to develop a special city newsletter to go to <br />residents in October explaining the citizen petition to replace Chapter 8 of the city <br />charter with State Statute 429. The newsletter will be mailed in mid - October. <br />4. Goal: Review and update the city's recreation projects and <br />Ill priorities <br />• <br />a.
