Funding Sources: Surface Water Management Fund <br />STATUS: Work on this objective is scheduled to begin in November pending <br />further discussion with the City Council. <br />(2) Objective: Review financing policies pertaining to infrastructure <br />improvements, especially when deferrals of assessments occur (Third <br />and Fourth Quarter 2008) <br />a. Key Action Steps: <br />i. Review current policy with City Council <br />ii. If determined that change is needed, <br />formulate /adopt new infrastructure financing <br />(special assessment/deferral) policy <br />1111 iii.
