The <br />list was generated from information received from the League of Minnesota . <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved that the first choice be Mike Dougherty and second choice <br />Fritz Knaak Seconded by Reinert. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />The council directed that the City's Director of Administration establish the necessary contact <br />for the services requested. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />October 27, 2008. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk John Bergeson, Mayor <br />• <br />
