• <br />DATE <br />TIME STARTED <br />TIME ENDED <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />MEMBERS ABSENT <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SPECIAL WORK SESSION <br />MINUTES <br />: October 6, 2008 <br />. 8:10 p.m. <br />. 8:20 p.m. <br />: Councilmember Gallup, O'Donnell, <br />Reinert, Stoltz and Mayor Bergeson <br />: None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke, Community Development Director, <br />Michael Grochala; Public Safety Director, Dave Pecchia; City Clerk, Julie Bartell <br />OPEN MEETING LAW ALLEGATION INVESTIGATION <br />The council had received a list from City Attorney Scott Baumgartner of possible attorneys. The <br />list was generated from information received from the League of Minnesota . <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved that the first choice be Mike Dougherty and second choice <br />Fritz Knaak Seconded by Reinert. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />The council directed that the City's Director of Administration establish the necessary contact <br />for the services requested. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />October 27, 2008. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk John Bergeson, Mayor <br />• <br />
