Included are <br />the returns of the November 4, 2008 Lino Lakes Special Election, An Amendment to the <br />Charter, as well as a copy of that portion of the tapes from each precinct, pertaining to the <br />question. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Move to accept the report as it appears. <br />2. Reject the report <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option #1 <br />
