• <br />SECTION 1. <br />The Lino Lakes Town Center Design & Development Guide, attached to <br />Ordinance 04 -04 as Exhibit B, and further amended to include the signage <br />standards, attached to Ordinance 02 -06 as Exhibit A; are hereby amended as <br />such: <br />5.2. BUILDING SIGNS <br />Wall Signs <br />Single Tenant Buildings <br />• Up toe three wall signs per building, with no more than one <br />sign placed on any elevation. Each sign is limited to a <br />maximum average sign height of 30 inches and a maximum <br />width equal to 80% of the elevation width. Capital letters and <br />corporate logos shall not exceed 36 inches. <br />SECTION 2. <br />As above amended, said Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />SECTION 3. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon its adoption and publication and in <br />accordance with the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Attest: Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of December, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />—43— <br />
