Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-146 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2009 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is <br />resolution <br />upcoming fiscal year. <br />setting out final General Fund revenues and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund <br />adopted for 2008: <br />2009 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $8,130,172 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 652,000 <br />Licenses and Permits 491,050 <br />Charges for Services 307,500 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 130,000 <br />Interest on Investments 175,000 <br />Miscellaneous 179,000 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $10,064,722 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration <br />Community Development <br />Public Safety <br />Public Services <br />Other <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES <br />$1,365,223 <br />1,049,435 <br />4,094,285 <br />2,901,647 <br />654,132 <br />$10,064,722 <br />required to adopt a <br />expenditures for the <br />operating budget be <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 15th day of December, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member _ <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said '.resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />• <br />
