My son was <br />bitten in the face when he was two. had 101 stitches and has a horrible <br />scare. I cant beleive you are changing the ordinance with out asking <br />the citizens input. I reported Tim Anderson for violating the city <br />ordinance and then you change it for him, without contacting the <br />neighborhood, that lives with these dogs. many of times they get out <br />you should look at the reports to the police in the past 3 years, on <br />these dogs, and also the officers reports. because one day they were <br />out and i called and the officer that came was afraid of them too. look <br />at their reports.
