Funding Source: General Fund — CD Budget <br />STATUS: Dependent on development proposals and risk assessment. JBL is <br />aware of design guidelines and City's intent to proceed as planned. Staff has <br />also met with Springsted to discuss and develop strategies to carry debt service <br />in Tight of delinquent taxes. <br />Note: Staff is requesting clear guidance from the city council on the direction it wishes to <br />take and how it wants the staff to deal with events and actions affecting the future of the <br />Town Center project. <br />b. Specific Performance Objectives for Calendar Year 2009 <br />(1) Objective: Continue to monitor and respond to events and requests <br />pertaining to the Town Center project consistent with the direction and <br />guidelines established by council (Ongoing) <br />a. <br />Key Action Steps: <br />i.
