This information is presented to <br />allow for an understanding of 1) aid reductions on a Statewide basis; and, 2) aid reductions as they <br />specifically affect the City. The balance of this report updates financial analysis of funds and <br />account balances including the following: <br />• Financial results <br />• Financial trends <br />• Internal control structure <br />• The fund balances of the various funds of the City <br />• Compliance procedures related to Federal and State Regulations and/or statutes as <br />they directly relate to financial matters <br />Based on the above areas, we offer recommendations for improvement as appropriate with a <br />summary of such recornirtendations on the last page of this report.
