No <br />impact on City of <br />Lino Lakes if fee is <br />passed through to <br />user. <br />1992 MS #36 Sales tax on purchases by political subdivisions of the <br />297A.25 Subd. State is imposed. School districts, hospitals, nursing homes <br />11 and ambulance services owned and operated by political <br />subdivisions. The tax is effective for sales made after May <br />31, 1992 pursuant to Article 8 Section 39. <br />Statewide impact of <br />$68 million for State <br />fiscal year 1993. <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />impact of $16,000 <br />for 1992. <br />1992 MS #35 Expenses incurred by Counties and Cities in the <br />207A.10 Subd. administration of the presidential primary shall be reimbursed <br />1 by the Secretary of State. <br />1992 MS #34 Increased the total amount of equalization Aid to <br />477A.03 Subd. $20,011,000 for aids payable in 1993 and thereafter. <br />— 1 <br />State wide increase <br />of $525,316. <br />1992 MS #33 Adjusted LGA formula. For aids payable in 1993 and <br />477A.013 Subd. thereafter, City will receive an amount equal to 103% of <br />3 LGA it received in 1992 before any non - permanent <br />reductions made under 477A.0132. <br />1992 MS #32 Authorize the Commissioner of Revenue to make <br />16A.711 Subd. adjustments in aid amounts in the second fiscal year of each <br />5 biennium if anticipated total revenues is less than anticipated <br />total obligations of the local government trust fund. <br />Prepared by Tautges, Redpath & Co., Ltd.
