City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />Management Report, Page 43 <br />1988B Construction <br />This fund accounts for the various projects financed by the Temporary Improvement Bonds of <br />1988. The fund balance of this fund was $84,658 at December 31, 1990 of which a portion is <br />designated for the final bituminous wearing surface. We recommend the City obtain estimated <br />amounts for final paving and transfer the remaining balance to the Temporary Improvement Bonds <br />of 1988 Debt Service Fund. <br />1989 Construction <br />This fund accounts for the various projects financed by the Temporary Improvement Bonds of <br />1989. The fund balance of this fund was $540,864 at December 31, 1990. Reshanau 4th <br />Addition has incurred only minor costs as of December 31, 1990. The City should review the <br />status of this project in 1991. The remaining projects are scheduled for completion in 1991. <br />1990 Construction <br />This fund accounts for the Second Avenue construction project which is financed by the <br />Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1990B. This project is scheduled for completion in 1991. The <br />fund balance of this fund was $233,234 at December 31, 1990. We recommend that upon <br />completion of the Second Avenue project, the City transfer the remaining balance to the Temporary <br />Improvement Bonds of 1990B. <br />
