<br />GENERAL AND SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS
<br />The General and Special Revenue Funds of the City are maintained to account for the current
<br />operating and capital outlay expenditures common to all cities. These basic services include (but
<br />are not limited to) public safety, public works, public welfare and general government.
