<br />The financial statements for the General Fund are presented in Statement 6 and 7 of
<br />the 1986 Annual Financial Report. The fund balance of the General Fund was $541,641 at
<br />December 31, 1986 representing a $113,342 increase in fund balance during 1986 as result
<br />of the following:
