For the City of <br />Lino Lakes, the minimum required surplus is $528,000 computed as follows: <br />_ 1986 Budgeted Levy (Includes Homestead Credit) <br />1986 Anticipated Local Government Aid <br />Total <br />$ 835,500 <br />220,000 <br />$1,055,500 <br />Minimum Required Cash -Flow Reserve (One -Half of Total) $ 528,000 <br />The City improved the financial position and undesignated reserve balance of the <br />General Fund substantially in 1985.
