City of Lino Lakes <br />Management Report, Page 15 <br />Due From Other Governmental Units <br />Included in Due From Other Governmental Units are various Federal and State Grants <br />Receivable that the City has earned as of December 31, 1982. The following schedule <br />details these amounts. <br />Description <br />December 31, <br />1982 1981 <br />State: <br />Local Government Aid, Homestead Credit <br />and other aids $ -0- $ 88,030 <br />LAWCON 603 -0- <br />Dutch Elm Control -0- 2,883 <br />Department of Transportation -0- 8,080 <br />Federal: <br />Community Development Block Grant 5,316 -0- <br />Federal Revenue Sharing 7,363 11,614 <br />LAWCON 634 -0- <br />Local: <br />Met Council - Planning Grant 2,828 15,352 <br />MWCC - SAC Refund 425 -0- <br />MWCC - Maintenance Agreement 9,444 1,859 <br />Total $ 26,610 $ 127,768 <br />The amount receivable from the State at December 31, 1981 included November and <br />December payments which were withheld because of the State's "cash flow" problem. All <br />of these monies were received by the City on March 1, 1982. <br />The amount receivable from the MWCC for the maintenance agreement is delayed in <br />being received by the City. The City did apply for payment in October, 1982 for reim- <br />bursement for the first six months of costs. The MWCC, however, rejected that request <br />based on their need for further itemization of expenses to be reimbursed. The City has <br />not received the interim reimbursement or the final reimbursement.
