Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -04 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 2 — STREETLIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 24, 2006, awarding <br />the construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 — Streetlighting <br />Improvements to W.H. Response, and <br />WHEREAS, W.H. Response was required to perform additional work required to <br />mobilize and install light poles on the Lake Drive bridge over 35W due to anchor bolt <br />pattern changes installed under Lake Drive contract by Lunda Construction Co. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.5 in the amount of $2,625.31 is hereby approved. <br />John J.
