My son was bitten in the face when he was two. had 101 stitches and has a horrible scare. I cant beleive you are changing the ordinance with out asking the citizens input. I reported Tim Anderson for violating the city ordinance and then you change it for him, without contacting the neighborhood, that lives with these dogs. many of times they get out . you should look at the reports to the police in the past 3 years, on these dogs, and also the officers reports. because one day they were out and i called and the officer that came was afraid of them too. look at their reports.
