1s` Reading: <br />Published: <br />2"0 Reading: <br />Effective: <br />To County Recorder. <br />Council Member moved for adoption of the following <br />ordinance: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 17 -08 <br />AMENDING PORTIONS OF CITY CODE CHAPTERS 503, RELATED TO <br />ANIMAL CONTROL REGULATIONS, TO CHANGE THE DEFINTION OF A <br />PRIVATE KENNEL. <br />The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes do ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances Chapter 503 be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />CHAPTER 503. ANIMAL CONTROL REGULATIONS <br />503.01 DEFINITIONS. <br />KENNEL, PRIVATE. Any structure or premises on which between 3 (three) and 4 <br />(four) dogs, over six months of age, are kept for private enjoyment and not for monetary <br />gain. <br />503.09 LICENSE AND VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: <br />2. Limitations. No more than twe three (3) dogs over six (6) months of age shall be <br />kept on a property except as provided for in Section 503.10. <br />503.10 KENNEL LICENSES: COMMERCIAL AND PRIVATE. <br />1. General. Any person who owns, keeps, or allows the keeping of more than twe <br />three (3) dogs over six months of age on any parcel of land must first acquire a <br />kennel license from the city. A person who owns or operates a commercial kennel <br />or a private kennel must renew the license annually and comply with applicable <br />requirements herein. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
