Backyards are important habitat
in suburban or semi -rural areas, but
designing landscaping that is both visually
appealing as well as beneficial to wildlife is a
challenge to most homeowners. This
workshop is designed to teach homeowners
how they can create habitat and attract
wildlife into their yard. We will discuss
different aspects of habitat and how they can
be incorporated into a suburban yard using
landscaping components and different
planting methods.
Anoka Conservation District • 16015 Central Ave NE, Ham Lake • (763) 434 -2030 • www.AnokaSWCD.org
