36 <br />(7) Final plat applications shall be accompanied by the fee and processing escrow established by the <br />City Council. <br />§ 1001.056 INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR FINAL PLAT. <br />(1) The final plat application shall include the fee and processing escrow established by the City <br />Council. five (5) large scale copies of the final plat. five (5) reproducible reductions at 11 inches by 17 <br />inches, and 1 electronic copy in a format compatible with the city's computer system, and the other <br />information listed below. <br />(2) The city may requirelf the preliminary plat approval included required chances to the preliminary <br />plat. the final plat application shall include 5 large scale copies (22 inches by 34 inches) and 1 reproducible <br />reduction at 11 inches by 17 inches and 1 electronic copy in a format compatible with the city's computer <br />system of the preliminary plat and of supporting documents illustrating all changes and conditions that were <br />required as part of preliminary plat approval. This revised preliminary plat will provide the historical record <br />of the subdivision approval by which subsequent final plats shall be considered. <br />necessary by the Community Development Department, plus 1 reproducible copy reduced to 11 inches by <br />17 inches. <br />(3) One up -to -date (within 3 months) title insurance commitments for the property being subdividel <br />as the city attorney or Community Development Department may require. <br />(4) One copy of any title declaration, conservation easements, deed restrictions, restrictive covenants, <br />homeowner's association documents, or common interest community documents. <br />(5) Documents and information necessary to fulfill the conditions of approval of the preliminary plat. <br />(6) Final plat general information: <br />(a) Name of the subdivision; <br />(b) Location by section, township, range, county, and state as well as descriptive boundaries of <br />the subdivision based upon an accurate traverse, giving angular and linear dimensions; <br />(c) Scale (engineering only) not larger than 1 inch equals 100 feet; <br />(d) North point indication; <br />(e) The location of monuments shall be shown and described.
