Council Member moved for adoption of the following ordinance: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 02-09 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION AND PLATTING <br />ORDINANCE <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council makes the following findings: <br />1. The existing subdivision and platting ordinance, Ordinance No. 04-03, was adopted <br />in 2003. <br />2. State statutes and city procedures have evolved and the ordinance needs to reflect <br />these changes. In addition, housekeeping issues commonly arise in any type of <br />ordinance. <br />3. The City has undertaken codifying all of its ordinances into the City Code using one <br />consistent format, a format that differs from that of the existing ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby ordains that Ordinance No. 04-03 is <br />amended as shown in ATTACHMENT A. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Attest Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23r4 day of February, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duty seconded by Council <br />Member and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
