PUBLIC COMMENT
Prior to the Planning and Zoning Board meeting, city staff received two phone
inquiries in regards to this application and one written comment. The written
comment is attached to the staff report and indicates a concern over the off -
street parking in the area. It also raises the concern over pollutants as well. The
phone inquiries included one indicating no concern over the application and
another complaint in regards to the off - street parking situation.
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
On February 11, 2009 the Planning and Zoning Board held a public hearing on
this request, and after much resident input and deliberation they voted
unanimously to recommend denial of all three requests. The Board has not
reviewed or approved the minutes from that meeting, but staff is attaching a draft
of those minutes to allow the City Council to read all of the neighborhood input
that was given during the public hearing. Additionally, a packet was submitted
by a concerned citizen during the public hearing. This packet is attached for
Council review.
KI Auto
•
•
•
