POINTS OF CONCERN (continued) <br />• • Some residences have had their houses on the market. <br />Even though this is a difficult time for real estate, it becomes <br />even more difficult because of the congestion on the end of <br />the street. <br />• <br />• Complaints: 4 calls on record, however approximately <br />three times that have been called in, but not as made as a <br />matter of public record. <br />• Other traffic concerns for business purposes, material <br />delivery etc. <br />• If these changes are permitted to happen on Maple Street, <br />it could happen anywhere in our city. <br />• Does a small group of concerned citizens really have any <br />impact for change? If so, how are we kept informed as to <br />any updates that may occur (outside this meeting), as this <br />has happened in the past, only to find out details after the <br />fact. <br />
