2008 Quarterly Awards <br />1st Quarter 2008 Recipient — Investigator Mitch DeMars <br />Awarded to Investigator Mitch DeMars for his <br />outstanding pursuit of organizational goals. His <br />commitment to strengthening the Lino Lakes <br />Police Department volunteer program by taking <br />an active role in CERT, the Reserve Unit, and <br />the Public Safety Citizens Commission is <br />exemplary. Mitch's investigative skills have <br />been instrumental in bringing complex cases to <br />successful completion on several occasions. <br />Through his expertise and dedication to the <br />mission of the Lino Lakes Police Department, <br />Investigator DeMars has set an example for all <br />others to follow. <br />2nd Quarter 2008 Recipient — Officer Dale Hager <br />Awarded to Officer Dale Hager for his un- <br />selfish dedication and commitment to <br />making the concept of the Problem Re- <br />sponse Team a reality at the Lino Lakes <br />Police Department. Through his hard <br />work and unbridled imagination, coupled <br />with the teamwork and expertise of his fel- <br />low officers, he has been able to lead the <br />organization in making the Lino Lakes <br />community the safe place it is to live to- <br />day.
