• Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and maintain positive working relationships with co- workers, elected <br />officials, members of the public and other governmental units and municipalities. <br />• Working knowledge of computer systems and applications. <br />• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field. <br />• Five (5) to ten (10) years experience as a City Administrator /Manager, Assistant City Administrator or related profession that <br />demonstrates the ability to perform in an executive level management capacity. <br />• Two (2) to Three (3) years of labor relations and /or contract negotiation experience. <br />• Masters degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Urban Studies or related <br />field. <br />• Demonstrated experience with strategic planning. <br />• Demonstrated leadership, team building and communication skills. <br />• Experience with economic and community development. <br />• Experience with mediation, facilitation, conflict resolution and change management. <br />
