64 Lino Lakes - Land Usage <br />The Minnesota Uniform State Fire Code, as adopted pursuant to M.S. 299F.011 as it may be <br />p P � Y <br />amended from time to time, and as modified by Minnesota Rules, Chapter 7511, shall be <br />applicable within the City of Lino Lakes. <br />§ 1002.02 DEFINITIONS. <br />(1) Whenever the word JURISDICTION is used in the Minnesota State Fire Code, it shall <br />mean the City of Lino Lakes. <br />(2) Whenever the term THIS CODE is used in the Minnesota State Fire Code or this <br />ordinance, it shall mean the code adopted pursuant to this ordinance. <br />(3) Whenever the term FIRE DEPARTMENT is used, it shall mean the Centennial Fire <br />District. <br />§ 1002.03 APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION, AND ENFORCEMENT. <br />The application, administration, and enforcement of the code shall be in accordance with the <br />Minnesota State Fire Code. <br />(1) The chief of the Centennial Fire District is authorized to enforce the provisions of the 0 <br />Minnesota State Fire Code and this chapter. <br />(2) The chief of the Centennial Fire District may detail such members of the fire department <br />as may be necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. <br />§ 1002.04 PERMITS AND FEES. <br />The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be assessed for work governed by this <br />code in accordance with the city's adopted fee schedule and as set forth in the Minnesota State <br />Fire Code. <br />§ 1002.05 PENALTIES. <br />A person who violates the provisions of the Minnesota State Fire Code or this chapter after being <br />given written notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
