Lino Lakes - Shoreland and Flood Plain Management <br />(c) Dock and boat launches are permitted provided they are constructed on the same <br />lot as the principal structure. <br />(4) Prohibited uses. Any uses which are not permitted or conditional uses as regulated by <br />the applicable underlying zoning district as indicated on the official zoning map are not permitted. <br />(Ord. 04 -95, passed 4 -10 -1995) <br />§ 1102.07 ZONING AND WATER SUPPLY /SANITARY PROVISIONS. <br />(1) Lot area and width standards. The following standards shall apply to all lots within the <br />Shoreland Overlay District, provided that the resulting total development density in the shoreland <br />area does not exceed the total city -wide shoreland density allowed based on state State -of <br />Minnesota shoreland standards. The city, in its evaluation of any development, shall evaluate the <br />proposed development in light of the development capacity of the city -wide Shoreland Overlay <br />District.
