The following standards shall apply to all lots within the <br />Shoreland Overlay District, provided that the resulting total development density in the shoreland <br />area does not exceed the total city -wide shoreland density allowed based on state State -of <br />Minnesota shoreland standards. The city, in its evaluation of any development, shall evaluate the <br />proposed development in light of the development capacity of the city -wide Shoreland Overlay <br />District.
