Water Operating <br />Water Operating is responsible for providing low cost, safe, efficient supply of municipal <br />water. The City operates four wells and two water towers. There are approximately <br />2,800 connections. All costs are paid for with user fees. This non -cash expense has a major impact on water system operations and must <br />be considered in adequately funding these operations. The 'Capital Outlay' allocation <br />provides for replacement of the file server for the utility billing system. <br />
