MEM <br />INOM <br />MEM <br />T <br />NEM <br />MINIM <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-123 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2013 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution setting out final <br />General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted for <br />2013: <br />2013 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $7,345,538 <br />Intergovennnental Revenue 435,000 <br />Licenses and Permits 347,800 <br />Charges for Services 243,600 <br />Fmes & Forfeitures 140,000 <br />Interest on Investments 40,000 <br />Miscellaneous 289,447 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $8,841,385 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration $1,124,998 <br />Community Development 719,239 <br />Public Safety 3,804,834 <br />Public Services 2,532,239 <br />Other 660,075 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $8,841,385 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of December, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />O'Donnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof Council Members O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Mayor Reinert <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />A -2 <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
