Forestry <br />The Forestry Department is responsible for providing for the health, vigor and planning <br />of the urban forest in the City. The planting of boulevard trees in new subdivisions is <br />budgeted here. The costs for these trees are reimbursed from developers. Balled and <br />burlaped trees are now City standard.
