NNW <br />Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -111 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2011 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution <br />setting out final General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted <br />for 2010: <br />2011 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $7,605,240 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 567,282 <br />Licenses and Permits 412,200 <br />Charges for Services 373,900 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 135,000 <br />Interest on Investments 60,000 <br />Miscellaneous 286,000 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $9,439,622 <br />— EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration $1,241,195 <br />Community Development 906,329 <br />Public Safety 3,874,233 <br />Public Services 2,656,296 <br />Other 761,569 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $9,439,622 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of December, 2010. <br />— The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Gallup and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Reinert, Council Members <br />O'Donnell, Gallup, Roeser, Rafferty. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />— Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />A -3 <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
