• <br />• <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />SPECIALCOUNCIL MEETING <br />DRAFT <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />May 4, 2009 <br />6 DATE : May 11, 2009 <br />7 TIME STARTED : 6:06 p.m. <br />8 TIME ENDED : 6:17 p.m. <br />9 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Members Reinert (part), <br />10 Stoltz, Gallup, O'Donnell and Mayor <br />11 Bergeson <br />12 MEMBERS ABSENT : none <br />13 <br />14 Staff present: Public Safety Director Dave Pecchia; Acting City Administrator Dan <br />15 Tesch; City Clerk Julie Bartell <br />16 Also Present: Attorney Julie Fleming Wolfe <br />17 <br />18 Mayor Bergeson called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. in the Council Work Room at <br />19 Lino Lakes City Hall. <br />20 <br />21 Council Member Stoltz moved that the meeting be closed at 6:06 p.m. for the purpose of <br />22 discussing attorney -client communications. Council Member Gallup seconded the <br />23 motion. Motion carried. <br />24 <br />25 Attorney Julie Fleming Wolfe reported on an attorney -client privileged matter. <br />26 <br />27 The meeting was recorded and the recording is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />28 <br />29 The meeting was opened at 6:16 p.m. <br />30 <br />31 Council Member Stoltz moved authorization to implement the recommendation of the <br />32 city's attorney regarding the personnel matter of Melinda Brown v. City of Lino Lakes. <br />33 Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />34 <br />35 The meeting was adjourned at 6:17 p.m. <br />36 <br />37 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />38 May 26, 2009. <br />39 <br />40 <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 City Clerk, Julianne Bartell John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
