CITY COUNCIL AGENDA <br />SUMMARY MINUTES <br />Monday, June 8, 2009 <br />*********** <br />6:30 p.m. <br />(Scheduled to be broadcast on Channel 16) <br />City Council: Mayor Bergeson, Council Members O'Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz & Gallup <br />Acting City Administrator, Dan Tesch <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL WORK SESSION, 5; P. <br />Council Workroom (not televised) <br />Discussion of Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Mike Trehus, 675 Shadow Court, and Amy Donlin, 6100 Centerville Road, spoke to the <br />council about the comprehensive plan update (Item 6A) <br />CITY$CQUNC <br />➢ Open Mike / Public Comment <br />No one addressed the council. <br />➢ Call to Order and Roll Call <br />6:30 p.m. — Present were Mayor Bergeson, Council Members Gallup, <br />O'Donnell, Reinert and Stoltz. <br />➢ Pledge of Allegiance <br />➢ Setting the Agenda: Addition or deletion of agenda items <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />A) <br />EN <br />Consideration of Expenditures: <br />i) June 1, 2009 (Check No. 85798 through <br />85876) in the amount of $209,909.53; <br />ii) Centennial Fire District (Check No. 3777 through <br />3785) in the amount of $2,989.00 <br />B) Consider Resolution No. 09 -34, Approving JPA with Anoka <br />County for the construction of improvements and extension <br />of the Rice Creek North Regional Trail <br />Action Taken: Motion by Reinert, seconded by O'Donnell, to <br />approve the Consent Agenda Items 1A and 1B was adopted. <br />
