Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-38 <br />APPROVING COUNTY PROJECT WITHIN MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LIMITS <br />ANOKA COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY (CSAH) 141 I -35E INTERCHANGE <br />S.P. 02- 614-28 <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SP 02- 614-28 showing proposed alignment, <br />profiles, grades and cross - sections for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of <br />the County State -Aid Highway No. 14/ Interstate 35E Interchange within the limits of the <br />City as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that said plans be in all things approved and the City <br />Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the construction plans on behalf of the City. <br />John J.
