• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 3E <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Daniel Tesch, Director of Administration <br />MEETING DATE: 13 July 2009 <br />TOPIC: Lease Agreement with Centennial School District <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The ten -year lease agreement between the Centennial School District and the city for <br />space for the district's early childhood center will be expiring. Rick DeGardner and <br />myself have met with school officials and have re- negotiated a two -year extension to <br />that agreement. The extension includes additional costs for HVAC maintenance the <br />city had been covering. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve a two -year extension to the lease between the City and the school district for <br />the ECFE. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Extension <br />
