Council Member <br />adoption: <br />s-h b u. -ec eptmic,a v\lat k 5essi <br />vi July L_� 7001 <br />CORRECTED <br />AGENDA ITEM 1F <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -51 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 09-40 <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 09-40 authorized the transfer of funds from the Drug Forfeiture <br />Fund to the Crime Prevention Account for the purchase of office equipment, and <br />WHEREAS, funding for this purchase has become available through a payment from <br />Century College, and <br />WHEREAS, the original transfer is no longer needed and the budget should instead be <br />amended to reflect the additional revenue. <br />. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 09-40 is hereby amended with <br />the following budget amendment being adopted: <br />Increase Increase <br />Crime Prevention (101 - 420 -4214 -000) $3,000.00 <br />Police Other Revenue (101- 3422 -000) <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of July 2009. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />$3,000.00 <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
