Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -209 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2008 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution <br />setting out final General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted <br />for 2008: <br />2008 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $7,778,236 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 657,000 <br />Licenses and Permits 642,500 <br />Charges for Services 250,500 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 110,000 <br />Interest on Investments 200,000 <br />Miscellaneous 269,562 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $9,907,798 <br />— EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration $1,375,702 <br />Community Development 1,126,188 <br />Public Safety 3,942,918 <br />Public Services 2,671,990 <br />Other 791,000 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $9,907,798 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 17th day of December, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Stoltz <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergeson, Council <br />Members Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz. <br />— The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />A -3 <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
