To promote efficient, planned commercial and industrial expansion within the Cry's growth areas, <br />accessible to public infrastructure and transportation (Goal 4), the city of Lino Lakes will: <br />• Require that new commercial, industrial, and institutional developments may only occur <br />in sewered areas in accordance with the staging plan. <br />• identify key commercial and industrial development opportunities within the City's <br />planned growth areas in locations with access to major traction <br />To promote Lino Lakes' location within the metropolitan region as an advantage in doing business <br />(Goal 5), the City of Lino Lakes will: <br />• Work to actively market Lino Lakes as a great place to live and work. <br />• Monitor the intemmet presence of similar cities on a periodic basis to ensure that Lino <br />Lakes' economic development websrte is competitive in terms of content, appearance <br />and ease of use. <br />
