Identify areas for redevelopment due to existing non- <br />conforming conditions, compatibility problems or under - <br />utilization of the site. <br />2. Consult with City Council regarding vision and policies for 3- <br />acre city -owned site on Lake Drive/77th Street <br />3. Facilitate the development of new retail and office centers on <br />Lake Drive, including the city owned parcels (3 acres), by <br />promoting redevelopment TIF to assist in the purchase and <br />demolition of non - conforming uses. <br />4. Identify opportunities to consolidate site access points and <br />promote shared driveways. <br />PROJECTED RESULTS: <br />Development of Lake Drive from Hodgson Road to Main Street in <br />a manner that realizes its full potential and meets the objectives in <br />the Comprehensive Plan <br />12 <br />
